MASTERS’ AND WARDENS’ ASSOCIATION OF BROWARD COUNTY, INC.

The Masters’ and Wardens’ Association of Broward County, Inc. (the “Association,” “District 26,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida Not For Profit Corporation operating under the recognition of the Grand Lodge of Florida, Free & Accepted Masons. The Association functions as a district-level coordinating and administrative body composed of members and officers of individual Masonic Lodges located within Broward County, Florida.
This website (the “Site”) and any related digital platforms, communications, or forms are provided for informational, administrative, and coordination purposes only.
By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms

This Site exists solely to:
Provide information about District 26 and its constituent Lodges
Identify district leadership and committees
Share announcements, calendars, and administrative information
Route general and membership-related inquiries
The Site is not intended to function as:
A governing authority
A Masonic Lodge
A degree-conferring body
A petitioning or application platform
All content is provided on an informational basis only.
3. No Governing Authority or Jurisdiction
The Association is not a governing body and exercises no authority over individual Masonic Lodges, their officers, members, or internal affairs. Each Lodge operates independently under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of Florida.
The scope of the Association’s authority is limited strictly to what is set forth in its bylaws. Participation in, affiliation with, or interaction through the Association confers no special rights, privileges, powers, protections, benefits, insurance, indemnification, or guarantees of any kind.
4. Relationship to the Grand Lodge of Florida
The Association operates under the recognition of the Grand Lodge of Florida, Free & Accepted Masons. However:
The Association does not speak on behalf of the Grand Lodge
The Association does not issue official Grand Lodge rulings, doctrine, or policy
Content on this Site does not constitute official Grand Lodge positions unless expressly stated
5. Membership Inquiries
Submitting a membership inquiry through this Site:
Does not constitute an application or petition for membership
Does not guarantee membership
Creates no entitlement, expectation, or obligation
Membership inquiries may be reviewed and routed to:
The District Membership Development Chairman
An appropriate local Lodge
Another Masonic district, where applicable
The Association is under no obligation to respond to any inquiry, including membership inquiries, and may decline to respond at its sole discretion. All decisions regarding membership are made exclusively by individual Lodges in accordance with Masonic law and practice.
6. Information Collection & Privacy
Information submitted through this Site may include contact details and inquiry content. Such information is collected solely for administrative, communication, and routing purposes.
The Association:
Does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize personal data
May retain submitted information indefinitely
May share information internally or with Lodges or other districts when necessary to respond to an inquiry
Use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which provides additional details regarding data handling, retention, and user rights.
7. Intellectual Property & Use of Content
All content on this Site, including text, logos, names, and branding associated with the Association and District 26, is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

This Site may contain links to individual Lodge websites, social media pages, or other third-party resources. The Association:
Does not control or maintain those sites
Is not responsible for their content, policies, or accuracy
Does not endorse external content by virtue of linking
Each Lodge remains solely responsible for its own communications and operations.
9. Private Facebook Group & Third-Party Forums
The Association may reference or link to a private Facebook group or similar third-party forums used by members for informal discussion and communication. These forums are hosted and operated by third-party platforms and are subject to their own terms of service, privacy policies, and community standards.
Participation in any such group is voluntary and governed by separate group rules and moderation policies, which may be updated independently of this Site. Content shared within these forums represents the views of individual participants and does not constitute official statements, policy, or positions of the Association, any Lodge, or the Grand Lodge of Florida.
The Association does not guarantee access to, participation in, or moderation outcomes within any third-party forum and assumes no responsibility for user-generated content posted therein.
10. Media, Statements, and Content Disclaimer
Any articles, announcements, statements, or materials published on this Site are provided for informational purposes only. Views expressed are those of the individual authors or contributors and do not necessarily represent the views of the Association, any Lodge, or the Grand Lodge of Florida.
